Welcome to MarrakechBed.com. By booking a tour with us, you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the traveler”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Reservations :

Your booking indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party agree with these terms and agree to abide by them.

Booking Procedures & Payments :

Upon selecting a tour and agreeing to the price, we will provide you with a detailed plan and an invoice containing payment instructions. Upon receipt of the invoice, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking.

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfers. Specific payment timelines will be outlined in your invoice.

Changes to Booking :

We aim to accommodate changes to your booking without additional charges. Please notify us as soon as possible in writing if changes are needed. While we strive to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that all changes can be made. If changes are not possible, you have the option to proceed with the original booking or cancel under our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation fee is dependent on the notice period provided before the start of your travel:

  • More than 14 days before arrival = Free
  • Less than 14 days before arrival or no show = 30% of the amount will be due to MarrakechBed

Unforeseen Circumstances :

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any tour or trek. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, adverse weather conditions, etc. In such cases, we will refund any payments made to us, including deposits. However, no additional compensation will be provided.

Special Requests :

All special requests (e.g., dietary, medical needs, or specific accommodations) should be communicated to us in writing before booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests by communicating them to our partners, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

Insurance :

Travel insurance is not provided by us and is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, cancellations, lost baggage, delays, and other potential travel issues.

Our Responsibility :

We accept liability for ensuring that the travel arrangements booked are as described and meet reasonable standards. In the event of any discrepancies, we will offer reasonable compensation limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the travel arrangements. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or death not caused by our negligence or that of our suppliers.

Travel Documentation :

Travelers are responsible for possessing valid travel documentation, including a passport with a minimum of six months’ validity. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to meet all visa requirements before departure.

Privacy & Confidentiality :

We commit to securing the private and confidential information you provide during the booking process. This information will only be shared with necessary parties to facilitate your travel arrangements.

Complaints :
